where we are heading.......

It came as a surprise and shocker, all for the wrong reasons, the custodians of judiciary taking law into their own hands. Its a Shame, that was telecast,to make every educated Indian to hang his head down.It was telecast in one of national channels, during prime time news, showing ,of all the people, the Lawyers from Kolkata beating up an undertrial prisoner.Couldn't follow what the provocation was about. But yet,why this impatience and disrespect to the great Institutions that are supposed to render justice to litigants.Don't you think,we as a country have allowed things to get out of hand, because simply ,we want to say it doesn't affect us.

Similar is the case of India for Indian's.With war paint being taken out, think each city, each state is going to take up the cause,of we want only our people, working for us,we dont want any others.Must bring pleasing smiles on the faces of ruling party men at the centre, who have practiced the art of divide and rule, which they mastered well in the past sixty years. But for them we wouldn't have inherited so much of problems that we face today, and which they aren't prepared to confront. This is the harsh reality.Rather than waiting for others to take up the cause isn't it time ,simply because its ours Us Indians, interests thats being exploited for short term gains by both politicians as well as Lawyers.

Simply because the Lawyers as a body, join together without any provocation to exploit the interests of clients, who have trusted them and handed their portfolios apart from paying their costs, while at the drop of hat the Lawyers go on protest abstaining from the courts, while the judges await patiently their arrival.Who is responsible for such sad state of affairs. The centre is to be squarely blamed for its failure in ensuring the Law of the land is respected either be it East or West or North or South, and its here ,That it has failed miserably.Readers too welcome to pen their views,on the ongoing situation.
